1. Services
We provide custom digital creative services including animation, logo design, mascot design, illustration and graphic design, as described on our Pricing page. Scope, number of versions and delivery times depend on the plan you choose.
2. Orders and payment
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, a clear brief and any materials (logos, text, images) needed for your project. You confirm you have the rights to all materials you send us.
4. Revisions and delivery
Each plan includes the versions listed. Delivery times start once we receive both payment and a complete brief. See our Delivery Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, we transfer to you ownership of the final approved deliverables. Unused concepts, drafts and our pre-existing tools remain our property. We may display the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited use
You may not order content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or promotes hate or violence. We may stop work on such projects without refund.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
