Motion Media sells digital creative services only. No physical goods are shipped. All work is delivered electronically.
1. How delivery works
Your files are sent to the email address used at checkout, by download link or shared cloud folder.
2. Delivery times
- Animation plans: first draft within 3–5 business days.
- Logo & mascot plans: first concepts within 3–5 business days.
- Illustration plans: first draft within 5–7 business days.
- Graphic design plans: 3–5 business days; Pro and Ultimate plans within 2 business days.
- Revisions: usually within 1–2 business days.
Times start when payment and your complete brief have been received.
3. File formats
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, MP4 or MOV as applicable, plus source files (AI, PSD, AE) for plans that include them.
4. Delays
If we expect a delay we will notify you by email. If we miss the delivery time by more than 3 business days, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.
